If you need to cancel your order, our policy is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full Refund:<\/strong> You may cancel your order for a full refund, provided the assigned artist has not yet begun work on your portrait. An email is sent when the artist has begun working on your project. After that email is sent, only partial refunds are issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40% percent cancellation fee<strong>:<\/strong> If you choose to cancel your order <em>after<\/em> the artist has commenced working on your project, you agree to a <strong>40% percent cancellation fee<\/strong> from the regular price of any item will be deducted from your total refund amount.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This fee ensures that our  team of artists is fairly compensated for the time, labor, and materials they have already invested in your custom piece prior to cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Order Status Notifications<\/strong> To ensure clear communication regarding the status of your portrait and the cancellation window, you will receive automated email notifications at key stages of the process. These updates will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirmation that your order and reference photos have been successfully received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notification that an artist has officially commenced work on your portrait (after which the $40 cancellation fee applies).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery of your final digital portrait.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have any questions about your order status or need to request a cancellation, please reply directly to your order confirmation email as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or missing refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Typically, credit card refunds take up to 7 business days to appear in your bank records. If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sale items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only regular priced items may be refunded.
